1. Labeling
Labeling, that is, printing the originally designed patterns, text, etc., on paper, and then manually pasting the sticker on the aluminum tube. When there is no new processing technology, labeling is the most widely used because it is more flexible and can be applied to all aluminum tube sizes, with diameters as small as 8mm and as large as 50mm. However, due to manual production and processing, it is not convenient for mass production and has certain limitations;
2.Offset printing
Offset printing is a type of lithographic printing in which the graphics on the printing plate are transferred to the substrate by means of rubber (blanket). Offset printing can produce a large number of clear and sharp images quickly, and can make full use of the dots to print rich and multi-level color effects, but offset printing requires an aluminum tube with a diameter of 11.5mm or more to be produced;
3.Bronzing
Hot stamping uses the principle of hot-press transfer to heat the metal printing plate and apply foil to imprint golden characters or patterns on the printed aluminum tube. After hot stamping, the product has clear and beautiful patterns, bright and eye-catching colors, and is wear-resistant and weather-resistant. However, the bronzing process is generally widely seen in the production of cosmetic aluminum tubes to highlight the beauty; or to highlight the trademark and brand, the bronzing process is ctuben.
