Maintenance of plastic cosmetic tubes
The tube and tube assembly should be carefully managed. Do not drag on sharp or abrasive surfaces, and do not kink or squash.
Pressure
The pressure (including impulse pressure) filled into the tube product shall not exceed the specified design working pressure.
Temperature
The tube product shall not be used at a temperature outside the temperature range specified or recommended by the tube manufacturer (including the temperature of the conveyed material and the ambient temperature).
Conveying material
The tube and tube assembly can only be used to transport the material specified in its design. If you are in doubt about its suitability, you can ask the tube manufacturer. When transporting potentially hazardous materials, such as toxic, corrosive, explosive, and flammable materials, care should be taken to minimize the impact of leakage and overflow. It is required not to fill the conveyed material in the tube and tube assembly when not in use.
Surroundings
The tube and tube assembly shall not be used in an environment outside the design requirements. If there is any doubt about its applicability, or when it needs to be used under special or different conditions, it should be negotiated with the tube manufacturer.
