The following introduces the production process of two common cosmetic tubes.

Production process of round tube cosmetic tube products:

1. Extraction of the tube-according to customer requirements, the corresponding tube diameter and length are drawn out of the tubebody.
2. Shoulder injection——According to the customer’s matching cover situation, note the corresponding shoulder.
3. Offset printing-1-6 color screen printing, according to customer requirements, determine the gloss and matte effect.
4. Screen printing, bronzing, labeling-according to the customer’s design draft requirements, complete the silk screen, bronzing, and labeling procedures.
5. Cover or seal: according to customer requirements, lock or seal.
6. Complete inspection-inspect the product quality. Ensure 100% factory quality.
7. Packaging-according to the customer’s packaging requirements, packaging and leaving the factory.

Oval cosmetic tube production process:

1. Extraction of the tube-according to customer requirements, the corresponding tube diameter and length are drawn out of the tubebody.
2. Shoulderless offset printing-1-6 color screen printing, according to customer requirements, determine the gloss, matte effect.
3. Shoulderless screen printing, hot stamping, and labeling-according to the customer’s design draft requirements, complete the screen printing, hot stamping, and labeling procedures.
4. Shoulder injection——According to the customer’s cover situation, note the corresponding shoulder.
5. Cover or seal: according to customer requirements, lock or seal.
6. Complete inspection-inspect the product quality. Ensure 100% factory quality.
7. Packaging-according to the customer’s packaging requirements, packaging and leaving the factory.
